DIVERSITY AND ECOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF LIANESCENT AND HERBACEOUS SPECIES OF THE BINGERVILLE BOTANICAL GARDEN (SOUTH OF COTE DIVOIRE)

A floristic study was carried out in the Bingerville botanical garden, an urban green space south of Cote dIvoire.The objective this is to determine structure and ecological profile lianascent herbaceous flora, for better management garden. The round-the-field inventory method 29 plots on site.The identified 143 species, including 32 lianas 111 species. flora divided into 103 genera grouped 45 families.The Poaceae Fabaceae are dominant families with a contribution 16.78% 10.49% respectively total species recorded.This characterised by predominance phanerophytes 46.15%, followed therophytes 20.98%.As regards chorological affinity, it mainly composed pantropical (26.57%) endemic (33.57%), which account more than half (61.14%).Zoochory (62.24%) found be main adaptation spread diaspores.Heliophilous pioneer (77.34%) make up bulk plant community.The quantitative analysis reveals that six constitute potential weeds can very common
